George M. Halasz, founder of Halasz Reporting & Videography, has been a leader in the Richmond, Virginia, legal community since 1983.
George M. Halasz Reporting Excellence Scholarship (GMH RES)
In honor of the retirement of George M. Halasz, this scholarship has been set up to annually award up to $2,500 to qualified machine stenographer and voice writer applicants nationally to assist in their educational excellence in entering the court reporting and captioning field. This scholarship will be awarded at the discretion of the VCRF Scholarship Committee and will be presented each March at the Virginia Court Reporters Association's convention or education day.
